Stanton Dahl was appointed as the Lead Architect by BaptistCare to oversee the design & documentation of their Social & Affordable Housing tender submission and were successful in winning funding for 8 projects. Stanton Dahl was also responsible for delivering 4 of these projects.
One year on, all 4 projects have now been completed as follows;
Site 1 – Springwood site is located adjacent to the existing BaptistCare Wingara Hamlet Aged Care facility and provides 15 Senior Living Apartments.
Site 2 – Goulburn site consisted of 20 dwellings providing accommodation for seniors and families experiencing domestic violence. A number of the dwellings were designed specifically to house mothers and their children, providing a safe place to call home.
Site 3 – Lismore consisted of 35 Apartments adjacent to the existing BaptistCare facility. The development includes central parking areas, communal BBQ areas and greenspace and is a great asset to the surrounding area.
Site 4 – Point Clare consists of 55 x Senior Living Apartments and adjoins the existing BaptistCare Orana Retirement Village.
