The development stands as a 4-5 storey apartment building, with 49 new units (the first 24 units built under the National Rental Housing Scheme (NRAS) and the remaining 25 units available for low-cost rental or private sale.) The site also provides basement car parking, storage facilities, common area gardens and BBQ areas for the residents.

The building has been designed with a modern contemporary facade, utilising a palette of different materials including face brick, render & paint, metal cladding and operable louvres.

This building is a first for the area and sets precedence over the future character for the St Marys area.
