We are delighted to be named as one of the organisations that have been engaged in one of 19 significant projects being fast-tracked by the NSW Government as part of their Planning System Acceleration Program. The $4.7 billion program includes new schools, university buildings, affordable housing, and significant land releases.

“We’re establishing a new normal for the NSW planning system, with faster decision making and simpler processes,” planning minister Rob Stokes said.

Stanton Dahl has worked closely with the Land & Housing Corporation and Mono Constructions, the successful Contractor, on a design and construction project for 41 Social Housing Apartments and associated parking located in Gosford.
