Stanton Dahl, along with the Federal Member for Canberra, Ms Gai Brodtmann MP, and Member for Brindabella, Ms Joy Burch MLA, were among the 100 special guests who enjoyed the official opening of BaptistCare Griffith recently.

BaptistCare General Manager – Residential Services, Paull English, said the ground-breaking facility will provide much needed aged care services to the senior community of Griffith and surrounding suburbs.

The project provides accommodation for up to 160 residents, spread across 128 rooms. BaptistCare Griffith features a range of modern amenities including a wellness clinic, day spa, cinema and hair salon. The facility also provides 360˚ access to the surrounding parkland, as well as beautifully landscaped grounds and roof-top gardens.

Mr English said the innovative facility sets a new benchmark for BaptistCare with the integration of state of the art assistive technology for residents.

“This new technology will increase the level of communication between residents and care staff to ensure every need is met.”

Stanton Dahl were engaged to design and document the building. We were also engaged to provide design assistance during construction. The building was constructed by Denhams Construction.
