Stanton Dahl believe that Group Homes should be more than just a place to live, they should be a place that makes a real difference to the lives of the residents.
This is the first group home project that Stanton Dahl will be certified for compliance to NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation catering to High Physical Support.
We were engaged by Five Star Builders to design a Group Home that catered to the criteria required for Specialist Disability Housing. The resulting designs translated into 6 single storey 1 bedroom villas each providing a new level of independence for residents of the development.
All the villas are connected via a covered walkway leading from the main entry. A North facing communal open space with outdoor seating and barbecue area are also provided for the residents. The development also includes an office and sleepover space for a caretaker, and a secured double carport at the front of the site.
