Currently in her first year of a Master of Architecture at the University of Sydney, Shu Ya is passionate about the design process and enjoys developing person-focused solutions that enhance how people experience space.
Since joining Stanton Dahl Architects as an architectural student in July 2023, she has contributed to a variety of projects, assisting in design development and supporting the team across different stages of project delivery. Her curiosity and enthusiasm for architecture drive her to continuously learn and refine her skills.
Outside of work, Shu Ya enjoys travelling—having explored eleven countries so far—and finds inspiration in music and art, from playing piano to painting and discovering underrated artists. She brings a creative and fresh perspective to every project, with a keen interest in thoughtful, human-centred design.
