As a registered architect, Nica specialises in designing preschool, primary, and secondary education facilities, ensuring they support both functional and cultural needs. She has extensive experience navigating the planning process, from obtaining development approvals to overseeing projects through to completion.
Since joining Stanton Dahl in 2019, Nica has brought a diligent and sincere approach to every project, balancing design excellence with practical execution. Her strong project management skills ensure smooth delivery, while her commitment to client collaboration helps create spaces that enhance learning and community engagement.
Prior to Stanton Dahl, Nica worked in heritage architecture, focusing on restoration, conservation, and adaptive reuse of commercial and residential buildings across NSW. This experience has given her a deep appreciation for preserving and enhancing the built environment while responding to contemporary needs.
