St Peter’s Catholic College embarked on a transformative project to enhance its campus experience, creating a modern Library Precinct that serves as a hub for learning, wellbeing, and community connection.
With a growing student population and a commitment to providing inspiring, student-centred spaces, the College engaged Stanton Dahl Architects to lead the design, documentation, and delivery of a new library, learning areas, chapel, central plaza, and wellbeing centre.
Completed in 2018, the redevelopment was designed to seamlessly integrate new construction and refurbishment works, ensuring that the campus evolved while maintaining a strong connection to its existing identity. At the heart of the project is the new library, a contemporary learning environment that encourages collaboration, independent study, and digital innovation. This flexible space caters to diverse learning styles, offering interactive zones, quiet study areas, and technology-enabled resources that support both students and staff.
