With a growing student population and a commitment to providing inspiring, student-centred spaces, the College engaged Stanton Dahl Architects to lead the design, documentation, and delivery of a new library, learning areas, chapel, central plaza, and wellbeing centre.
Completed in 2018, the redevelopment was designed to seamlessly integrate new construction and refurbishment works, ensuring that the campus evolved while maintaining a strong connection to its existing identity. At the heart of the project is the new library, a contemporary learning environment that encourages collaboration, independent study, and digital innovation. This flexible space caters to diverse learning styles, offering interactive zones, quiet study areas, and technology-enabled resources that support both students and staff.
Beyond academic enrichment, the project also prioritised student wellbeing and community engagement. A purpose-built wellbeing centre provides a calm and supportive environment, reinforcing the school’s commitment to holistic student development. The addition of a new chapel creates a spiritual and reflective space for students and staff, while the central plaza has been designed as an inviting gathering place, strengthening the sense of community within the school.
