- A new two-court indoor recreation facility, doubling the stadium’s existing capacity
- A new reception and lobby, seamlessly connecting the existing facility with the extension
- Upgrades to existing stadium infrastructure, improving accessibility and functionality
- Realignment of the driveway and expansion of parking facilities, ensuring easier access for athletes, visitors, and support staff
- Landscaping and ancillary works, enhancing the overall user experience
