Redevelopment of Toongabbie Christian School to be completed in November

Construction for the major redevelopment of the secondary school at Toongabbie Christian School commenced in January 2015.

Stage 1 consists of the construction of a new building housing 5 General Learning Areas, Music & Practice rooms, Drama room and Woodworking rooms. After much difficulty getting off the ground due to the considerable rain during the first half of this year, Stage 1 will be ready for handover in the middle of November. The project has also extended to include two carparks accommodating approx 70 car spaces, also due for completion mid November.

Also under construction at Toongabbie is Stage 2 which consists of alterations and additions to existing science labs and art rooms. With demolition now commenced on Stage 2, handover is expected by end of January 2016 in time for the start of Term 1.
